The Nairobi National Park is an extraordinary gem located just 6 miles from the bustling city center, making it the only wildlife park in Africa so close to an urban area! Here, you’ll encounter a vibrant array of wildlife, with the chance to spot majestic lions, rhinos, leopards, cheetahs, and more, all roaming freely alongside iconic giraffes, zebras, and wildebeests.

Residential areas surround Nairobi Park, and residents can sometimes spot lions roaming there, especially at night.  People living around this area should be careful when walking at night. Sometimes, the animals also seem to move with the great migration in the Masai Mara.
